Visual Meditation


First: Sit quietly and look around you. Notice anything in your surroundings that is something you love, as well as things you normally try to avoid dealing with. Extend your awareness to the entire space. Let's change your relationship to your physical home. Second: Don't rush through this, take your time. For things that are positive and helpful in your surroundings, take this moment to feel gratitude for them. To the items you usually avoid because they don’t bring you happiness, it's time to either change what makes you unhappy about them or let them go. Changing negativity or releasing it is the best way to allow space to appreciate that which brings you happiness and light into your life. Third: Dive into gratitude for what you have. Honor what it brings to your life and remember that you are blessed to have that gift of happiness.
